Return conditions:

There is a 7-day return period after receipt of the goods.

Only strands in their original condition (as delivered) will be taken back. The sender bears the postage and transport risk. We recommend insured shipping to our address:

We can only credit the amount if the goods arrive in the condition described.

The shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please specify the type of refund you would like. The postage costs for return shipment will not be refunded, only the cost of the strands and the shipping costs to the customer.
